After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Haulkart currently ships within India only.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.
  • Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or operational disruptions.

Haulkart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
  • Certain items such as personal-use products, hygiene items, clearance products, or opened toys/electronics are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
